For children aged 5–11 with basic training level.
The program introduces football in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Includes 24 training sessions.
Training structure:
· Technique: dribbling, stops, passes, shots, basic dribbling skills.
· Physical development: coordination, speed and strength exercises.
· Tactics: positioning, mini-games 3×3 and 4×4.
· For ages 4–7: motivational game “Champion Badges.”
Results:
· Mastering basic football skills.
· Participation in club events and tournaments.
· Coach’s recommendations for further development (transition to academy group, participation in leagues).
24 training sessions
For children aged 5–11 with basic training, ready to develop in a competitive environment, play as part of a team, and take part in tournaments and leagues.
Program structure:
· 2 team trainings per week + league games (for ages 8–9)
· 3 team trainings per week + league games (for ages 9–14)
· Technique: ball control under pressure, accurate passing (medium/long range), shots from different positions.
· Tactics: practicing formations 3-1-2 / 2-3-1, set pieces (corners, free kicks).
· Physical training: monitoring, interval exercises for endurance, bodyweight strength training, agility and coordination drills.
· Player testing with personalized coach recommendations.
Competitions:
· 10–14 matches in the Representative League (7×7 format, 2×25 minutes)

Individual Training Program
A personalized plan of 5 sessions, designed by the coach specifically for an individual player. The program is developed based on the child’s skill level, physical condition, and technical abilities, and is focused on improving areas that need development.
How the program works:
· Session 1 — Assessment: the coach evaluates technique, physical qualities, game understanding, and identifies areas for growth
· Sessions 2–5 — Targeted work: exercises tailored to the player’s specific needs (ball control, shooting, dribbling, weak foot, decision-making speed)
